Business Process Management Assessment 
This project focuses on a gap assessment survey, based on APQC’s Seven Tenets of Process ManagementSM to look at your organization’s business process management maturity in key areas such as governance, strategy, improvement practices, and process models. 

The Intersection of Data, Information, and Process Management
By integrating the disciplines of content, data, and process management, organizations can develop the definitions and business rules required to manage their data at the enterprise level and turn it into meaningful insights. This research will explore best practices for a cohesive strategy as well as organizational structures, governance, standardization, and approaches used to manage these intersections.

End-to-End Process Maps and Measures
This project included the development of end-to-end process maps, based on the Process Classification Framework?, combined with related KPIs and benchmarks for the most common end-to-end processes.
